A paramedic? WOOOW! That would suit you so well - helping people AND getting lots of adrenaline while at it XD

do you have to study lots for it? I mean, you're already a qualified nurse, right? So I'm supposing you already have parts of the knowledge you'd need? :D

I have to study 4 years -.- But it's a good thing that I took some time to work when I graduated as a nurse, and didn't start studying at once. Otherwise, I would've had a breakdown. Now, studying is quite nice. I enjoy it! Also, I'm not surrounded by idiots xD These people actually WANT TO graduate :D

And yeah, I know more than some of the other students, since I'm a nurse, and I've worked at different places as a nurse. I'm also currently working at a hospital (Children's ward), but occasionally, I get to "chill" at the ER - which I know like the back of my own hand, since I've been there LOTS of times... as a patient xD

Anyway.

It's fun - and I don't even consider it studying, since it's such a "mature" group of people in my "class". Besides, we have lots of practical stuff, so it's not really boring xD

It probably really IS a good thing that you took some time out to work before studying, to give you some time to realise what you REALLY want to do! ... in my case, I will graduate next year in June and I have no clue what I really wanna do .. le fail. xD

if I fail to find a job, can I just come to your place as "assistant to HE owl"? :D

Because I need someone semi-sensible to put all my papers in neat piles... and maybe arrange them alphabetically - I'm jsut too lazy aka losing a silent battle with le papers.

Oooooh, I feel like I've tried to learn Japanese before but failed epically and gave up. That's just the way I roll

November was such a crazy busy month for me. I've been working like crazy. I need to register for classes and finally go in to take my license test. I have to much going on all at the same time. I won't even be able to go home to my dear little cow town in Cali for the holidays. BUT, I did start making ten percent commission at work, so that should definitely boost my paychecks. *SIGH* Why is life so complicated?

November .... where did it go? ... lately, time passes too fast. What have I done with my tiiiiiime? I want it baaaaack!!! XD

Right?! I feel the same way. It was literally just November first and I got annoyed because they started playing Christmas music at work, and now it's less than twenty days until Christmas. Can I have a functioning time turner now?
